Returns & Replacements

OXYGENBARS.COM is committed to providing high-quality equipment, supplies, products, and customer service.

All electronic products are warranted to be free from defects and in proper working order at the time of delivery. If you receive a product that is not functioning properly or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Support team so we can assist you.

Troubleshooting and Replacement

Our first step will be to troubleshoot the issue with you. In many cases, a replacement part can be provided to resolve the problem.

If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we may arrange for the equipment or product to be returned for evaluation, repair, replacement, or store credit.

Before returning any item, you must contact OXYGENBARS.COM and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Returned equipment or products must:

Include the assigned RMA number
Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
Be properly packaged to prevent shipping damage
Be shipped insured against loss or damage

Once the item is received and inspected, OXYGENBARS.COM may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue store credit.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the specialized and custom nature of many of our products, as well as health and sanitation considerations associated with disposable and personal-use products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

This policy does not affect our commitment to addressing defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products in accordance with the terms above.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, product defects, missing components, or incorrect items must be reported to OXYGENBARS.COM within 5 business days of delivery.

If we are not notified within 5 business days, the shipment will be considered received and accepted in full.

Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials until you have confirmed that your order is complete and undamaged.
