What to Send

Please send the Delivery Station only.

  • Remove all Oxy/Aroma bottles from the station.
  • Keep the power cord with the station.
  • Do not ship liquids or aroma bottles with the unit.

 

How to Package Your Delivery Station

We recommend an 18″ × 18″ × 18″ shipping box.

  1. Remove all bottles from your Delivery Station.
  2. Leave the power cord with the station.
  3. Securely wrap the entire station in bubble wrap.
  4. Place packing peanuts or equivalent protective packing material across the bottom of the box.
  5. Position the bubble-wrapped delivery station in the center of the box.
  6. Fill the remaining space evenly with packing peanuts or protective material.
  7. Before sealing the box, confirm that the station cannot move inside the package.

Careful packaging helps prevent shipping damage while your station is in transit.

How It Works

1. Order the upgrade.
Purchase the 2.0 Upgrade + Refurbishment service.

2. Receive your RMA.
We will email your RMA number and shipping instructions after the order is placed.

3. Send us your station.
Package the delivery station according to the instructions above and ship it to the address provided with your RMA.

4. We perform the upgrade and refurbishment.
Our team will inspect your unit, refurbish the applicable components, and install the corresponding 2.0 upgrades.

5. Your refurbished station is returned to you.
Return shipping is included in the $369 service price.

Important

This service is available only for qualifying existing OXYGENBARS.COM Intrepid or Intrepid EXT Delivery Stations. If we identify damage, missing components, or repairs outside the normal upgrade and refurbishment service, we will contact you before completing any additional billable repairs.
